Learn. The Chief Learning Officer Breakfast Club series has a 16-year history of connecting leaders over breakfast to strengthen the link between learning and development and business strategy. An intimate in-person event, local learning executives and practitioners typically gather in various cities across the country to discuss issues driving enterprise education, share best practices and analyze the strategic alignment of business goals and workforce education. Today, however, things are a little different: The 2021 CLO Breakfast Club series has temporarily moved to a virtual platform – and, in response to today’s rapid seas of change, has shifted its focus from regional topics to specific, timely themes. Chief Learning Officer will host three half-day Breakfast Clubs in the Spring of 2021. The series will feature CLOs and learning leaders from the banking and finance, health care, energy, technology, retail and hospitality industries.
